Mustard for a male

My Dad loves mustard on most meats so that is the colour I chose for his 88th Birthday Card. The little envelope came in a set of journaling embellishments. Inside is the greeting. I put a brad on the envelope flap. Made this today at a cropping day here in Kaiwaka with a group of scrap booking ladies. Perfect activity for a wet and chilly country Sunday !

Girly Birthdays

Lots of Birthdays set for June. One teenager and several middle-agers. The new set of oval dies that arrived this week helped the teen image complete in the scalloped frame. A new embossing folder used on the blue card looks great and I'll try to use more of the folders on my next projects. I did manage to get the blue bells upside down though!!!

Pattern Mash

Tried the pattern mash / clash that is catching on. As long as the colours relate it seems to work!!

Golfing Wall Art

The cataract operation has improved my vision no end. I had this one partly prepared before the operation but finished it off yesterday. The image was given to me by Jacqui McQueen in the UK almost 3 yrs ago and I have been wanting to use it in more than a card so here we are !

3 for the boys

Lots of Male cards going out this month so have done 3 for the boys. Still sorting out the stash so it was good to 'find' a few missing elements to use this week.
